Subscribers of the Marshall Memo should see a reference to our evaluation software built using Kim's framework and rubrics. The software was built for a pilot program implemented by the Hamilton County TN DOE. During the pilot year of this project we recorded more than 20,000 observations. We also saw an approval rate for administrators of 100% and an approval rate for teachers of 84%. Hamilton County will be using methodology designed by Kim Marshall of the Marshall Memo. Update: As of May 2011, Hamilton County Schools has conducted for than 20,000 observations using ProjectCOACH's online system.
